General Info Back To Top	This document applies to all product and services rendered by TekBudE and our staff. By using any of our services, including but not limited to navigating our website, receiving remote support, utilizing our public forums, paying your bill, or accessing our downloads, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions as they form a binding agreement between us and you, and/or your company. For this document, “our”, “us”, and “we” implies TekBudE, it’s employees, and associated material. For this document, “you”, and “your” implies the client or entity using any of our available services.

Service Hours Back To Top	Standard service hours are Monday thru Friday 6:00pm to 10:00pm CST . Calls and support requests are satisfied on a first come, first served basis unless an appointment has been scheduled with one of our technicians. Additional charges may apply for service performed outside of our standard hours.

Right Of Refusal Back To Top	We reserve the right to refrain from providing any or all requested services and instead will refund your payment, wholly or in part, at our discretion or on the basis that your technical needs or other requirements are unusual or extensive. Our technicians will determine this prior to billing for service.

Upfront Pricing Back To Top	A free consultation will be provided at the beginning of every support session. During this time, we will inform you of the costs associated in satisfying your service requests. Prices listed on our website are merely guidelines and may vary from job to job. You will not be charged for any unresolved issues.

Satisfaction Guarntee Back To Top	Paid support sessions come with a 7-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service we provided, call us at 619-890-1325 for resolution. We will work to remedy your problem quickly, and at no additional cost, or we will refund your payment, wholly or in part at your request and our discretion.

Payments & Late Fees Back To Top	Payment in full is due upon completion of work unless pre-arranged. You agree to pay the amount due at the end of every session and may pay by MasterCard or Visa by going to “Pay Your Bill”. Late payments may be subject to interest at 1.5% per month until paid in full. You also agree to pay all collection costs including attorney’s fees we may incur by collecting any overdue amount you owe.

Limitations Of Liability Back To Top	We make recommendations and perform all work in good faith and assume no liability for lost, deleted or corrupted data, lost or deleted software applications, damaged computer hardware, loss of business or lost profits. Both parties (you and us) expressly agree that in no event shall either party be liable to the other for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages whatsoever, even if such party has been advised, knew of or should have known of the possibility thereof. We shall in no event be liable for any monetary amounts greater than those that you have paid to us for services. You are solely responsible for determining whether the software and/or hardware you are purchasing, if any, are fit for use in your environment, regardless of our actions or product recommendations.
